Medication Refills

I will generally submit prescriptions for enough medication to reach our next scheduled visit, but should you find that you need a 30-day supply to bridge the gap due to a change in your schedule or a missed appointment, please click on the Refill Request Form below to submit a medication refill request. Please note that I may recommend that you schedule a 15-minute urgent same day visit to discuss any issues with your current prescriptions, depending upon your answers to the questions in the refill request form, before I submit prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy.

Standard refill requests are charged to your credit card on file and are $30.

Urgent same-day visits can be scheduled on the Schedule Appointments webpage and are $70.
